William G. Rodriguez-Reillo PhD
Computational Biologist & Consultant
My research background is in Computer Science and Microbiology. I have extensive expertise working with large-scale genomic data. Currently, I work at Harvard Medical School as a Research Computing Consultant. As a consultant, I work closely with researchers from Harvard and Affiliates hospitals. The consultations range from “I collected new data. What can I do next?” to optimize an established pipeline. Besides consultations, I help to develop documentation and training to effectively use High-Performance Computing (HPC) clusters and R for statistical computing and graphics.
